One of my favorite types of recipes are those that don’t require you to turn the oven on. I also enjoy recipes that don’t make a huge mess of this kitchen. This pie is one of those great ‘one bowl’ recipes that is made with five simple ingredients. The light texture and smooth peanut butter flavor makes this a great dessert that would be perfect for a party or gathering where you want a showstopper without spending hours in the kitchen. 5 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup Peanut Butter & Co Original peanut powder
6 oz fat free whipped topping
1 reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a medium bowl.
Mix in Peanut Butter & Co. Original peanut powder and beat until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into graham cracker pie shell; cover, and refrigerate until firm, at least 2-3 hours.
